- GGGregory GibbonsSep 1, 20201.0Terrible customer service. The worst! The pharmacy is supposed to open at 10am. But instead of opening at 10am, the manager only shows up at 10:01. And he says that it will still be half an hour to wait for the computers to come on. When I questioned him to why he didn't come in time to be fully opened on time, his response was he doesn't get paid enough to come in and have the store up and running on time. Kelvin should be fired and management should retrain employees on what it means to be open and ready for business on time.
