- FHFaniel HadishNov 12, 20251.0The woman at the front was not welcoming. I asked her that I'm here to do the physical exam for my job " she said we do not dot that" . Even I told her I was seen before for the same reason. But she's wasn't helpful. I couldn't get any treatment and cam back home without anythings I was very disappointed with the customer service. Tha sad things I requested a day off my job and waste my day for nothing.

- BABrittany ApodacaApr 16, 20231.0The NP at this location doesn't fully listen to your needs, pain, etc. I haven't improved with the medication I paid for that she prescribed, and I will be making an appointment with my primary to get the right treatment needed.
- SSSamraa SamirFeb 16, 20221.0Lack of knowledge and unprofessional The NP doesn’t know what to do when it comes to DOT physical exam. She took my blood pressure before we started, it was a little bit elevated. Instead of telling me we can’t proceed with exam. She continue doing the exam & charges me 99$ and then said “oh sorry we can’t continue as your blood pressure is high” mind you she knew it already before starting the exam, but she yet she took me back for the exam, now she said I have to go back & do it all over again and pay another 99$. Such a steal and ripoff

I've gone to Walgreens clinics multiple times and have loved the service. Not happy with the customer service or how rude the woman at the front was.
