  I am always active & busy, and rarely have time to get sick until yesterday with Flu-like symptom and hearing problem. Tammatha Jones at the Little Clinic at Rural/Ray is very kind and professional. She thoroughly examined my issues, removed earwax to recover hearing and prescribed medicine to treat the ear infection. I would highly recommend this Little Clinic for urgent medical needs.

  I came in at 4:35p (they were closing at 5p) for Covid-19 testing. Was advised that they close in "few minutes". Took receptionist another 10 minutes to let me know that the PA will not see me as they are about to close. I was the only patient. It's a 2-minute procedure and a 15-minute result wait. I was still turned away. Very unprofessional.

  Did a CDL physical last June. Spent $145 on physical. Got one finally done after 2 months charged every time I walked in the door. The Little clinic never sent it into the DOT I found out today at a Arizona DMV. My CDL has lapsed out and was never reinstated with the physical sent into the DMV by Little Clinic. The Arizona DMV told me today 6 months later 12.24.2019. Lil clinic never followed thru. Charged me but never sent the physical into the state. I Request an immediate $145 refund by Lil Clinic.

  Absolutely amazing experience. Lea and Jessica were really nice and are hard workers. Lea is a GREAT listener and made me feel comfortable! They are both professionals and they will both have great careers in the medical field. A+ experience! Even better than my main doctor!
