One staff member, in particular, is frequently rude, rushed, and dismissive both in person and over the phone, often ending calls abruptly. Customer service is a key part of healthcare, and a more respectful and patient-centered approach would make a significant difference. This location has the potential to be a great pharmacy, but the negative interactions make it difficult to have a positive experience.
