I’m leaving this review due to consistently poor customer service at this pharmacy. While prescriptions are filled, the overall experience is not welcoming. One staff member, in particular, is frequently rude, rushed, and dismissive both in person and over the phone, often ending calls abruptly.
Customer service is a key part of healthcare, and a more respectful and patient-centered approach would make a significant difference. This location has the potential to be a great pharmacy, but the negative interactions make it difficult to have a positive experience.

The young girl I spoke to was absolutely rude and no help. Very bad manners and dismissive when I had questions about refilling my medication. Every time I come to the pharmacy here I have a poor experience with the staff.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
