- FHFaniel HadishNov 12, 20251.0The woman at the front was not welcoming. I asked her that I'm here to do the physical exam for my job " she said we do not dot that" . Even I told her I was seen before for the same reason. But she's wasn't helpful. I couldn't get any treatment and cam back home without anythings I was very disappointed with the customer service. Tha sad things I requested a day off my job and waste my day for nothing.

My mother and I came in with some concerns, in hopes to talk to an understanding and patient clinician. Instead NP Toni seemed irritable, short, and with a crude tone, while answering questions. It was only after she realized her demeanor had discouraged us did she show concern. I was under the impression that the role of a medical specialist was to show concern (whether it seemed like a miniscule or major issue), be thorough, and answer questions. Although I had a negligent experience with NP Toni, I hope she can find it in herself, to treat her forthcoming clients with more respect, seriousness, and empathy.
