04/16/2025. I visited for cellulitis/staph infection on my hand. Caregiver said she was unsure/didn't like the looks of it and recommended going to an urgent care. They still wanted their 330 bucks even though all I got was a generic print-out for wound care.
And an additional 1000 bill from the urgent care! At least they gave me the antibiotics.
Next time I'll spend the money/time to drive to Nogales and get better, cheaper, and actual treatment.

I am only giving 3 stars because I have had good experiences here in the past. Today I made an appointment for a strep throat test. I arrived at my appointment time and the technician processed my information. The nurse practitioner was with only one patient, so I thought I should be in and out. As I am waiting 3 people come to get vaccinations. They put me into a room and have me wait for over an hour. I am nearly about to walk out when the nurse practitioner comes in, apologizes, and tells me that vaccinations have priority over other patients. I do agree that the vaccine is important, I am vaccinated myself, but my time is also important, which is why I scheduled an appointment in advance. Please do better and consider other peoples time.

Quick easy in & out for immunization shots, plus they handle insurance as payment. Also who in this day actually takes the time to call a patient few days after to see how they are doing. Appreciate the fact they cared if i had any reaction & called back.
