- JNJacob NunezNov 6, 20251.0My wife came in on 11/5 because she was prescribed pre natal vitamins from our doctor. She got a notification stating that it was ready to pick up, she had to wait 20+ mins in a 3 person line to be told that it’s not available and that she has to wait until 11/6. So she goes back today (11/6) to pick them up and once again she is told that she has to wait after being promised her vitamins. They basically said she was lying about which vitamins she needed and said she wanted gummy vitamins when she specifically waited longer for normal vitamins to be sent in not gummy. All while the pharmacy workers are giving her attitude and saying they don’t have what they promised to have. Long story short they had to refund her and she went somewhere else to pick up her vitamins because apparently there isn’t another fry’s in the valley with these pre natal vitamins?? Okay lol 1 star, sad to see how low fry’s quality of service has gotten.
