Never filling here again after filling here for years. Thanks for your "hard" work... I mean slacking off.

When my daughter’s prescription was not available for a few days, the pharmacist came back after the Labor Day holiday & had gotten the generic version of my prescription, saving me $36 on my copay. This made me very happy that I managed okay without the meds for 3 days, & now save $36 every month on a refill. I know that not having something in stock is not the fault of the pharmacy, but of the supply chain. Pharmaceutical companies are only interested in the dollars they can make for meds people really need. I’m very grateful for the pharmacist taking the initiative to get the generic version for me. I believe it just came out very recently.

I switched all my meds over to Az when we moved back. As a courtesy I called before my meds even needed filling and provided all my medication names and dosages. I've been coming consistently for 5 months. I call this week to have my meds refilled. Which they should automatically fill but that's another story!🙄 When she pulls up my profile she says yes those are out, and names my old doctors from SC! Like what? Nothing has changed from last month. I grew up with this store since I was Little, they definitely need to get it right! For some people like myself, these medications are a big deal for my well being.
