- TTTh3MadLadFeb 25, 20261.0This pharmacy is run by people who have no idea how to do their jobs. I keep getting delays and delays, and at one point my entire prescription was cancelled without my authorization. I have had to call multiple times to clarify that I do not want to use insurance for a specific prescription, and every time I call back the next day and they say "we are waiting on your insurance." The people here either think they know better than me, or just incompetent. If you need prescriptions filled, DO NOT rely on them here. They are a joke.

- TFTalia FuentesMar 10, 20201.0This pharmacy is severely under staffed. Every time I call it sounds like they’re dealing with a line out the door but it’s never busy when I’m there. Please get them the staff they need. I had to switch here because they had my prescription for hundreds of dollars cheaper but was dreading switching because I had a great relationship with my previous pharmacy. Here they always treat me like an inconvenience and like I don’t matter. It’s not the feeling you want to get from your pharmacy. I have a very unique and rare injury but they don’t seem to care. It’s sad that I fear calling in questions about my other scripts. This is not the kind of behavior one would expect from parties involved in my healthcare. If they’re not understaffed they must have severe customer service and management issues.
