I probably should’ve read the reviews before booking the class through a third-party app. Rookie mistake. I just assumed something as basic as parking would be clearly explained somewhere. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
Apparently, there’s a photo that shows where to park, but the catch is… you have to already park the car and stand at the front door to see it. Super helpful when you’re circling the block trying to figure out where you’re allowed to leave your car. Clearly this isn’t the first time someone’s had this problem, but I guess at this point they’ve decided it’s easier to let people keep getting confused than to just post the info online.
Also, be warned: they don’t have a front desk—just the instructors running the whole show. Which, fair enough, probably saves money. But they’re extremely strict about time. The door gets locked right on the hour, so if you show up even a minute late, you’re out of luck. Not even kidding.
So here’s my advice: if you’re planning to go, do yourself a favor and swing by the location a day or two beforehand WITH A FRIEND so you don’t have to spend stupid parking fee. Figure out the parking situation, get a lay of the land, and then plan to show up way earlier than you think you need to. Getting there felt like I was prepping for a pop quiz I didn’t know I had.
It was my first time ever to try a class in my life. I was late due to my parking, fine, it’s on me, late is late, I should’ve prepared ahead.
So then I check the app, surprisingly, I got banned from them on the app 😂.
I was thinking to myself that the parking lot was bad, but maybe the class could be good, that’s why they can keep their business on going, so I was looking at the schedule again, and thinking I should give them another shot. Maybe it was just me. But clearly, they will not give anyone second chance.
*****AGAIN, please be there as EARLY as you can, just in case you like the place, you will not get banned like me ❤️

Both my friend and I scheduled our first class here and we arrived about 20 minutes early before class and my friend couldn’t find a parking spot since the lot was full. I asked the people who worked there where she could park since the lot was full but they weren’t super helpful and said they would not help her get in if she’s late. Due to poor parking in the area, my friend was super late and never made it in. I kept texting her back and forth after class started and ended up leaving class early to meet my friend because of it and as I was leaving, there was no one at the front desk to assist or anything. Poor customer service. I’ll not be coming back to this location.

It was my first time at this location and I had no idea where to park lot was full. I got there 20 mins early and finally found a lot across the street after circling like 5 times I had to pay to park only for them to lock the doors 2 mins into class.

I was coming to take my first class here and drove around for 20 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. There is NO parking and the phone number takes you to an automated person who mentions 7 options, NONE of which puts you through to the studio. Not how you run a business. Won’t be back.
