    I have been going to BFT for eight weeks and have gained so much strength—as a post menopausal woman I need to build bone but weightlifting solo always made it hard to stay motivated. The group training changes that completely —I look forward to going. Also a super knowledgeable staff and a great group of supportive, friendly members. Highly recommend!

    I've been coming to BFT twice weekly for the past two months, alternating between cardio and weights. I was skeptical at first, given my experience with other gyms and the fact that it had been 20+ years since my last gym visit. The suck factor was off the charts my first few sessions, I was on the edge of rage quitting more than once, but I stuck with it out of sheer bloodymindedness and glad I did. Chris and all his coaches are next level. They remember all of their clients' progress and difficulties and work with us to keep us safe while still challenging us. They circulate during sessions, pointing out where we're doing great and where (and more importantly, HOW) we can improve. They're incredibly supportive and understanding. The equipment and facilities are maintained in top condition. I've yet to see anything broken or dirty. I wish they had a changing/locker room, but it's a small place so I can see why they don't. Bottom line: if you're looking a great group workout experience, GO TO BFT.

    I love this place! I've been going for 4 months now, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I'm a big cardio guy and knew I needed help with my strength training and wanted to be in a community - check, check! No matter what your ability, fitness level, age, etc., this is the place for you. Chris and his team are awesome! Knowledgeable, fun, and pushes you in just the right way. Whether you're looking for strength training, cardio training, hybrid - this place really has it all. It's smart, structured, and just the right amount of challenge to have you come back and want to do better the next time. Highly highly highly recommend.

    There are many reasons why I’m giving BFT 5 stars but I’ll simplify it to three main points: Science-based: BFT takes pride in designing their workouts based on science. This claim is truly evident in the significant results I’ve seen in just a few months! And it’s not just about losing weight but also getting stronger. Fun: I look forward to the workouts! No day is the same, which keeps it fun and engaging! The music is always great and adds to a positive atmosphere ideal for pushing hard during the workouts. Friendly: I don’t know how they do it but they have the friendliest coaches (and not in a cringy, overly-bubbly way) and members. The thought of the workouts can be intimidating but the welcoming environment makes all the difference. I can’t recommend BFT enough!
