  My experience with AZ, Max and Dr blinks has been one of the best ever. I don’t care if I have to fly here to see him. He is so worth it. He is great gentle best bedside manners ever for a surgeon. Thank you guys for being the best that you are. The girls are great. They want to know all your concerns and how they can help and so does Dr blink thank you thank you thank you thank you I know it’s been a long process and I appreciate your patience with me. You are the best of the best💖🌺🌸

  Very professional approach to oral surgery. Dr Austen patient and answered my questions. Jennifer , dental assistant, was excellent, caring, and efficient. Other staff also easy to work with. So far so good recovery.

  Let's face it, nobody wants to have a tooth pulled. However, if it is a must then I would recommend AZ Max. I had a molar removed with sedation, didn't have to feel the needle or the pain of trying to keep my mouth open. I'd like to say the experience was enjoyable but can't go quite that far.

  Thoroughly explained a review of a dark lesion in the lower jaw which thankfully was found to be of no concern.

  AZ Max Tempe Office is beautiful and serene. Dr. Allen's work was exceptional, and his entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and kind, explaining everything they were doing to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend that office to anyone in need of oral surgery of any type whatsoever.
