- ISIlse SchellApr 1, 20261.0I am so frustrated with this office , I made an appointment and got there early which o thought was the correct things to do but I guess is bad I was informed there was someone ahead of me so no problem went to walk around the store etc came back for my appointment time and someone else walked in announcing they had a 9:30 and they are informed 2 people ahead of them , my appointment was at 9:20 , I am sitting patiently waiting my daughter has to use the bathroom we go do it very quick and i comeback and they inform me they took the previous appointment ahead of me and that I had to wait an additional 15 min , this is not acceptable why are appointments made if they won’t be honored? Then the girl tells me they were ahead of me and I shouldn’t have been early . Is 9:45 no and nothing so we cancelled since I have things to do and no appointment.

She was so patient with me and so supportive. She helped me find glasses I absolutely love an she was so helpful when I was trying out contacts and struggled so badly to get them in. 🤦♀️ She never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting her time. The whole process of getting my eyes checked, picking out new frames, and then getting fitted for contacts was super easy at this location.
