  I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and sincere. My hygienist was also wonderful—very friendly, patient, and honestly more informative than the doctor. I do want to share something important about my experience. I have a brain lesion, which affects my processing speed and speech. Because of this, I sometimes need a little extra time to understand and respond. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw was extremely rude and dismissive. He spoke very quickly, and when I was trying to process what he said about flossing, I began to explain that I struggle with hand coordination and use floss picks. He interrupted me and said, “Do I need to repeat myself again? REGULAR floss, nothing else.” That moment was incredibly upsetting. It was one of the first times I’ve truly felt limited or dismissed because of my disability. At that point, I was already uncomfortable and ready to leave. He then went on to tell me that the treatment option I was considering was not something he would “let his family do,” which felt condescending and unprofessional. After he left the room, I broke down in tears. Thankfully, the hygienist was compassionate and supportive, and I truly appreciated her care in that moment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. It’s very unfortunate that such a caring support staff is overshadowed by a doctor who treats patients this way.

  Both the doctor and the rest of the staff were amazing for my first visit. They were all very nice, funny, and friendly. The place seemed very clean as well.

  They scheduled my 12 year old daughter for an appointment consultation well aware of her age. We go to the appointment they make me pay out of pocket for her X-rays just to have Dr S look at her X-rays and tell me he can’t fill her cavities because she is a minor….why the hell would the front desk even schedule her for the appointment knowing she was 12 to begin with. Total waste of time and my money they still made me pay even though she couldn’t be seen. Dr. S was also very condescending and abrasive with his manners and comments. He told my 12 year old that if she spent more time on flossing than on her makeup she would save me a lot of money on dental work. What the hell. I saw many negative comments on this dentist in the reviews and thought maybe people were being dramatic but no he really is rude. Why they read these comments and he is still with a job is crazy. This place needs to be shut down or given an entire new staff and dentists.
