- MTMarsh T.Nov 20, 20253.0Their network is always down and the X-ray machine barely works. They even accidentally hit me with it once, and I had a bruised nose for three days. The receptionist is incredibly sweet, and the dentists and assistants are genuinely nice. Great communicators, and they always sort out my insurance before doing anything.
- KHKarla HabbershawNov 18, 20251.0I was a patient here for years doing every 6 month cleanings with no issue, 2 or 3 fillings, nothing serious. I went in there about 2 years ago and was told I would not be getting the cleaning I scheduled because my gums were is terrible shape and the hygienist refused to clean them with out doing this antibiotic treatment. I was very shocked and told them ill schedule it later but it didnt sit right with me. So I went to a new dentist and was told I absolutely did not need that treatment. I had one filling since then, no gum or other issues and I am back to regular cleanings. I dont know why they claimed this but the hygienist was rude saying I am lying about it not being painful and not being an issue I have ever noticed. They also asked me to come in early that day and I was their last patient of the day... so I am not sure it that had to do with their claims and refusal of service. But years later after having another flawless check up at a different dental office I really felt I should leave a review because this was very unprofessional of them. Ill never go back or recommend this place again.
