I’ve wasted so many trips to pick up scripts that were supposed to be ready and times where I actually ran out of meds with auto refills. The reason auto refills exist is for this exact reason. Pharmacy is a joke, fill your scripts anywhere else!

One person in the drive through pick up for over 20 minutes. They don't want to tell them to come back , but they tell them just to wait?? Get your act together!

They have kids or empoyees who clearly do not want to be there, answering phones and giving health information about patients, a HIPPA violation. There is a constant ever changing Pharmacist , or if that is what they call him/her/, and this person will answer questions forcibly. I'm changing Pharmacy locations, even though the nearest CVS?Walgreens is another 45 minutes away. Only use them if you absolute must, other wise for real pharmacy and customer service , head over to Walgreens or CVS.

I know at times they get very busy specially during cold seasons and allergy seasons, which is understandable. And lots of times, they don’t have the medication in stock and they need to wait for it to come in, which is understandable. I know people don’t have the patience, but there are other people waiting for medication as well. Be kind!!!!! God bless you all for the job that you do!
