  I have read nothing but horrible reviews about Fry's pharmacy. Switch over to Safeway Pharmacy on Waddell. They fill prescriptions fast. They are so sweet, down to earth and VERY friendly. If they see you waking in the store, the wave and say hi to to you. Love the pharmacy staff at Safeway!

  My husband has Epilepsy and suffers from Grand Mal seizures — missing even one dose of his medication could be fatal. Despite this, the pharmacist and technician at Fry’s lied directly to my face about having his prescription ready. They promised they would order his medication early to ensure it was available on time. I followed their instructions, called ahead, and confirmed availability. The day before pickup, the tech assured me the prescription was fully in stock — just one day too early to fill. The next day, I received a notification saying it was OUT OF STOCK. This is unacceptable negligence. They played games with a life-threatening condition and showed zero empathy or urgency when confronted. Their carelessness could have cost my husband his life. If you value your health or your loved ones’ safety, do not trust Fry’s Pharmacy. Their lack of communication, accountability, and compassion is dangerous.

  Worst pharmacy, they have horrible customer service. Simple prescription takes over 3 hours to fill. After waiting until the time they say it will be ready i showed up and it still wasn't ready. They said maybe another hour. Maybe? I cancled my prescription and went to Walgreens across the street. They had it done within 1 hr of receiving it.
