Platter sized shower head out of the ceiling, very nice flow! Not busy mid morning; no wait on equipment or shower.

She hung up in my face, is never available, and had the nerve to just tell me "I'll see if someone else can call you, cause we're not getting anywhere" yeah because you don't know a thing about customer service or resolution!! Ridiculous. They have charged me multiple times and multiple late fees when they never drafted from my bank! This place is a nightmare to deal with ever since they let "KAYLA" take over.
