    I’ve had a long history of issues with my ears, including a skin graft to rebuild my right eardrum. Due to that, I often don’t enjoy anyone touching my ears. But I really needed a hearing test because I felt like I wasn’t hearing as well as I should be. I scheduled an appointment with Kent and I was pleasantly surprised! Kent is extremely warm and patient. He gave me a VERY thorough exam and hearing test. He explained everything he was doing the whole time and he really put me at ease. I think this is the first time I’ve actually ever enjoyed an ear exam. Kent is extremely well informed and is most especially helpful to anyone who has reservations or sensitivity to their ears being touched or examined. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

    I am a recent US Green Card holder from Canada. I did not expect such excellent care, attention and service from a clinic here in the US. Fernanda at the front is very helpful and attentive in serving customer needs. Shawn is incredibly detailed in his gathering of historical background information, performing multiple audio tests on my ears and on my skull. He explained the results and possible causes for my hearing degradation. My primary focus was to deal with Tinnitus. Shawn fitted me with a couple of different hearing aids and worked with software in an effort to mask my Tinnitus symptoms. My initial hearing assessment (two appointments) was well over two hours and there was no charge! I will definitely return when additional care is needed.
