I just ran to LensCrafters after I lost a tiny screw out of my glasses this afternoon. Glass were bought in Iowa from my lifelong eye doctor. I was greeted by Tegan shortly after walking in the door. Looked at the glasses and said no problem. Fixed the glasses in less than 3 minutes handed them back to me and said no charge. Would not take a tip. Excellent service with a smile. I will be buying glasses there next time I need them.

My wife and I are currently on vacation in Surprise, AZ. When yesterday at the pool I sat on my prescription sun glasses and when I stood up they looked a mess and thinking I am going to spend several hundred dollars to buy a new pair. My friend (whom we were visiting) took me to LensCrafters to see if they can put my sunglasses back together. From the moment I walked in the door and heard the gracious " Welcome" I knew I would be in good hands. I was then greeted by Ricardo Torres who gave me his undivided attention and after I showed him my damaged sunglasses took me over to his work station and began the arduous task of putting them back together. Well let me tell you how diligent Ricardo was in getting down to work and producing a finished product that my sunglasses (Ray.Ban) were like NEW! I take this opportunity to again say " thank you" to Ricardo for his commitment to excellence and the outstanding service he provided to me. So everyone whether you need a new pair of glasses of just your glasses fixed/adjusted go to LensCrafters and ask for Ricardo...you will get the outstanding customer service he only knows how to provide!

This was my first time purchasing eyeglasses, and Sue made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. She truly listened to what I was looking for, carefully reviewed my prescription, and explained exactly what was necessary for my specific needs.
What I appreciated most was that she never tried to upsell me or push anything that wasn’t needed for my prescription. I felt confident that her recommendations were thoughtful and honest.
The whole process felt simple, professional, and stress-free. I’m so glad Sue and her manager was there to guide me through it. Highly recommend working with her!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
