One of the glaring differences I really noticed was the contingency planning that is done as you can’t always be prepared for what can happen. I also didn’t feel any pressure or hard persuasion tactics either which is nice. Glad they are located in Surprise too that’s an A+!

I own some assisted living homes I Surprise so I work with the employees of Home I stead on a regular basis. I see them take care of elderly residents in the client’s home like it was their own mother and father. They are incredibly patient and supportive even if the elderly person has multiple chronic conditions. I love these guys and give them my highest rating!
