They do what they can since half the time they’re understaffed and this happens to be a location near a lot of senior citizens….who tend to be less patient and sometimes even entitled when it comes to waiting a minute for your script. These guys put up with so much, I give them serious credit. With all the hateful energy they receive, they’re always incredibly kind to me and I always get what I need while there. I wish other people had empathy and patience because they’re literally doing the best they can.

If you call they put you on hold immediately and let the phone ring for 10 or 20 minutes before it automatically hangs up. This has happened EVERY TIME I have called. I've never had a problem with frys pharmacy. Something is seriously wrong with this one in particular.
