    Each time I have had my prescription filled here, it has been delayed or not in stock. This location is never properly staffed. If you call in, they say “may I place you on hold?” then abruptly place you on hold without even giving you a moment to answer. The most recent time I needed my prescription, I submitted my refill request twice on Thursday for it to be picked up early Friday afternoon. I then called twice Friday morning to ensure my prescription would be ready since it wasn’t showing updated in the Fry’s app. I finally connected with the pharmacist at 11:35 am and was told it would be ready soon. At 5:47 pm, I was sent a text that my prescription was delayed and would arrive to the pharmacy on Monday, leaving me without my prescription for multiple days. At that point I couldn’t even call my doctor’s office since it was after hours and ask them to send the prescription to another pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and get your prescriptions filled at CVS (or literally ANYWHERE else).

    Even though there’s a lot of people whining in the reviews, I don’t have any complaints. They do what they can since half the time they’re understaffed and this happens to be a location near a lot of senior citizens….who tend to be less patient and sometimes even entitled when it comes to waiting a minute for your script. These guys put up with so much, I give them serious credit. With all the hateful energy they receive, they’re always incredibly kind to me and I always get what I need while there. I wish other people had empathy and patience because they’re literally doing the best they can.
