Despite this, the pharmacist and technician at Fry’s lied directly to my face about having his prescription ready. They promised they would order his medication early to ensure it was available on time. I followed their instructions, called ahead, and confirmed availability. The day before pickup, the tech assured me the prescription was fully in stock — just one day too early to fill. The next day, I received a notification saying it was OUT OF STOCK. This is unacceptable negligence. They played games with a life-threatening condition and showed zero empathy or urgency when confronted. Their carelessness could have cost my husband his life. If you value your health or your loved ones’ safety, do not trust Fry’s Pharmacy. Their lack of communication, accountability, and compassion is dangerous.

Outside of that, they are rude and have zero customer service. Prescriptions are never available when quoted and they make transfers a nightmare. They are always short staffed and act like coming to the register is an inconvenience for them.
