  My husband has Epilepsy and suffers from Grand Mal seizures — missing even one dose of his medication could be fatal. Despite this, the pharmacist and technician at Fry’s lied directly to my face about having his prescription ready. They promised they would order his medication early to ensure it was available on time. I followed their instructions, called ahead, and confirmed availability. The day before pickup, the tech assured me the prescription was fully in stock — just one day too early to fill. The next day, I received a notification saying it was OUT OF STOCK. This is unacceptable negligence. They played games with a life-threatening condition and showed zero empathy or urgency when confronted. Their carelessness could have cost my husband his life. If you value your health or your loved ones’ safety, do not trust Fry’s Pharmacy. Their lack of communication, accountability, and compassion is dangerous.

  This pharmacy NEVER answers its phone. 95% of the time their drive-thru window is closed. They blame staff shortage, so, why don't they hire more people? If they do answer the phone by mistake, they place you on hold for about 15 seconds, then, disconnect your call. Corporate needs to get involved to turn around this branch. I've several years experience working in a large chain pharmacy and there's no excuse for this degree of poor customer service. We operated only with 1 RPh & me. Generally speaking, this Fry's Pharmacy's staff are helpful, if you are lucky enough to speak with them, but, this particular branch really needs some better systems in place & more staff. Why is this one branch so short-staffed? Corporate really needs to step in & get this branch operating properly. I feel bad for those working there if it's a management issue & people don't want to work there. Corporate needs to be made aware of its poor service & problems.

  Like the last person described, fresh off the bat they are very rude & demeaning to their customer base. Several pharmacy techs working very hard however they are all in their own zone and act as if they could careless about you as their customer base.

  Its a nice place to shop .One evening my friend was shopping there and a gang of teens started throwing the stuff in her cart all over store .She screamed for help and after the kids left management came down and said they didn't see anything and nothing was on the video It mattered not that I and others saw it management wouldn't even call police . I shop here on Waddell as little as I can . Update . Nothing has changed in this frys . When I first moved here and the had sales the sale item was always available even if I got there right before closing. Now half the time they don't have anything on sale if I get there by 5 pm . And no one around to ask . Since the remodeled they must have new management. And they are not caring for the store . The one on bell always has the sale items available .

  Horrible attitude from the pharmacy staff and they “can’t find it” when the doctor calls it in the day before. They some how “find it” when they see that your annoyed.
