Despite this, the pharmacist and technician at Fry’s lied directly to my face about having his prescription ready. They promised they would order his medication early to ensure it was available on time. I followed their instructions, called ahead, and confirmed availability. The day before pickup, the tech assured me the prescription was fully in stock — just one day too early to fill. The next day, I received a notification saying it was OUT OF STOCK. This is unacceptable negligence. They played games with a life-threatening condition and showed zero empathy or urgency when confronted. Their carelessness could have cost my husband his life. If you value your health or your loved ones’ safety, do not trust Fry’s Pharmacy. Their lack of communication, accountability, and compassion is dangerous.

They claim its how our doctor codes it when it falls into their system. Today was the final straw. I have two sick kids who need antibiotics and we needed to get their first dose in before bed time. I called after 1 hour and was told by the incredibly ruse tech it would be another 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a pharmacists who also seem incredibly inconvenienced to have to talk to me. I mean it's amoxocillin and eye drops. Literally, powder, water, and slapping a sticker on a box of eye drops. I said I'll be there in 10 minutes and hung up as my kids needed their keds before bed. The two I talked to on the phone behaved as if they didn't have a care in the world chatting away maybe doing minimal work. And the other tech was either new or totally incompetent at her job. After spending 20 minutes in the drive thru I finally left with what I needed and will never ever used this place again.
