I went from not working out in any capacity for over 4 years to taking 4-6 classes a week, I’m down 60 lbs and probably in the best cardio shape of my life. It’s helped with my osteoarthritis in my knees, pushing back a knee replacement as well as keeping me more flexible to play around with my little ones. I’m forever indebted to Club Pilates for helping me find myself.
