I am so pleased with my visit yesterday.
Scott was my provider and he was so professional and concerned about my health. He covered everything with me, answered my questions and went above and beyond for my health concerns.
I would see him again anytime.

Dr. Troy Passmore has been nothing but exceptionally great with both of my grandparents. They really take the time to listen and truly care about their patients. He was really determined to get my grandpa's meds figured out and was very determined to get it adjusted for the sake of his health compared to what used to be Evernorth. The MA's are great and very patient and always willing to help. I'm so glad my grandparents made this move!

My experience at ARCHWELL HEALTH is always top-notch—professional, caring, and delivered with a truly personal touch. I so appreciate every visit to my doctor’s office. The space is always clean, welcoming, and accommodating, with an energy that feels warm and inviting.
The staff is extremely professional and attentive to detail, but what truly stands out is the front office team. Whether on the phone or in person, they make you feel not only cared for, but genuinely loved. I especially want to acknowledge the front office ladies who consistently go above and beyond with their smiles, kindness, and personal touch: Priscila Valencia, Esperanza Souls, and Denise Guertin.
First impressions make all the difference—and these women exceed expectations every time. They are truly the proof that kindness goes a long way!!

Update: I emailed the company as requested below but heard NOTHING back. They truly don’t care.
In May 2025, my husband’s walker was broken by the driver that Archwell arranged and that took us to Archwell for our appointment. Since then nothing has been done to fix or replace the walker.
A few months later, our provider ordered medication for my husband that was $900 even though we told him not to. Thankfully our mail order pharmacy alerted us otherwise we would have paid it with the credit card on file and been stuck with it.
Management’s lack of accountability and follow through on the broken walker and the provider’s refusal to listen to our concerns about the cost of the medication means they are inept and unworthy of saying they are experts in senior care.
