  I am impressed with Matt Bourassa and his knowledge politeness and professionalism and the fact he remembered I go by Dave. He and Kent did an outstanding job of taking care of me. Even though he knew I was 100% VA and probably wasn’t a good candidate he still took the time to go over all the tests and details with me. In the end we found a way through my work insurance and now I have the latest and greatest technology and the backing of a great team at Miracle Ear in Sun City. Thank you Matt and Kent and also Denise for her professionalism in the front

  Came in with several questions was hard to disacibe . Kent was helpful patient and explained all my issue's. Glad I am able to relate my concerns and kent listened and helped me with my hearing adjustments

  If I were just to review this particular outlet, I would give 5 stars for the professionalism and patience of Matthew and Denise. However, I have issues with Miracle-Ear's corporate policy. 1. I am profoundly deaf. The only acceptable methods of communication for me are face to face, email, or texting. There is NO means of communication with the store personnel other than phone. HELLO! I'M DEAF and cannot hear on a telephone. So I get a reminder of an upcoming appointment via text. However, I cannot respond back via text because the text will only recognize either "accept" or "decline". The advice is to CALL - HELLO, I'M DEAF! 2. The hearing aid I have is malfunctioning. They'll probably have to send it in and then send a replacement. Will they send a replacement first? Hell NO! I guess Corporate doesn't trust it's Audiologists not to abscond with the hearing aid? What's with you people in Corporate with your archaic policies? Oh yeah, you'll give me a loaner, but it will not even be close to the power of the one I purchased for almost $4,000!!! Why? Again, I guess it's a corporate to local trust issue. 3. When it's time for a new hearing aid, I'll no doubt be looking for a new vendor also ... unless ME fixes their policies to be more consumer friendly. After all, I have been a customer for many years! I believe in loyalty - even if ME doesn't! Disgruntled in Peoria, AZ
