The pharmacy employee who checked us in, didn’t check our insurance card, no ID whatsoever, filled out the form checking all the questions, as No for both of us.? Asked if he needed our insurance card, said … not if you have been here before?? Then just told us to go sit in the waiting room. Walked into a filthy waiting room… ( disgusting actually) our appointment was at 1:00, someone came in at 1:17, just called our name, did not introduce their self , just confirmed we were having a flu shots, didn’t ask date of birth, again , no identification. The room where we got our shots was as filthy as the waiting room. The whole experience was disturbing at best. There are too many places offering the flu shot in Sun City West, to be treated like we are unimportant and they are doing us a favor. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
