- TSTom SladeMar 30, 20261.0Fry's pharmacy as recently embraced ai, which is not working at all.As usual. In an effort to save a buck, they have an AI system that does not recognize valid prescriptions. And you end up having to call the pharmacy anyway. And get around the stupid ai to do so i'm also going to post this on.Trust pilot, since this has gone to hell in a handbasket.I recommend that you do not leave your prescriptions with fry's unless you want to spend twenty minutes trying to renew a prescription that has five refills on it.
