  This office has the best people of any Miracle Ear location. Sierra manages the office, attention to detail on appointments is the best, always makes sure she fixes any concern. New hearing aid specialist, David, has been determined to learn how newest hearing aid model works and hasn’t given up on fixing issues that have come up. He’s friendly and very patient listening to my concerns. I’m very happy and recommend this office 100%!

  I've been going to Miracle Ear (Sierra Vista) for more than a year. At my last visit, I mentioned that tinnitus had become a problem for me. David told me that they have a tinnitus program that might help. He took his time with me and made adjustments to really help me out. Great service! As a bonus, Cierra in the front office is a pleasure to chat with during the short wait to see David. Good team and service.

  Everyone at Miracle Ear was friendly, informative and helpful. My hearing aids have made a big difference. They did all the set up and answered all my questions. Follow up appointments were prompt and thorough. I could not be more satisfied.

  Miracle ear in sierra vista is a great place to get assistance with hearing difficulties. Ciara, the front office gal for office manager is absolutely amazing. She is always very courteous and offering hot coffee or tea or water. As ou come in to m meet your appointment. Great customer service!
