  They were late taking me back, which is normal for most Dr, but the assistant was very friendly. The Dr was nice, but the visit was short. All in all, a good experience

  Doctors won’t even show up to their own appointments. 3 out of 5 times the doctors either rescheduled the appointment or flat out didn’t show up with 0 notice.

  This practice drastically needs to update its procedures. I was required to bring printouts of recent lab work and on arrival was presented with a stack of paper forms to fill out, in both cases duplicating information available at my patient portal profile. I also had to wait a half hour for a test that took less than 5 minutes, was asked a bunch of refundant questions, then informed that I would need to return THREE MORE TIMES over the next three weeks, which will require another 4 hours of driving and probably three more copays. I didn't even meet the doctor supposedly responsible for my care and probably won't until that fourth appointment. When I tried to pay the copay for this visit, they said they would mail me a bill! None of this is unacceptable in 2024. If I could change my referral to a different practice, I absolutely would.
