I do fry’s grocery pickup, I’d be careful if you use the online service. And I do suggest going back through your order history and double checking things. I ordered 2 pounds of salmon, and they charged me twice for it. Charging my card an extra $30. And all my eggs were broken again. Either the staff needs better training in doing the shopping or they need to learn how to pack groceries in someone’s car.

I had one of the most disturbing experiences with a pharmacy tech or frankly, with a professional in public service today with Fry’s pharmacy and then I have ever had in my life.
I was yelled at, belittled, told I was a liar, disrespected in every way possible, verbally. I was called “one of those people”.
Why?
Did I call in with a dumb question like can I drink Clorox? Or should I take horse wormer for the flu? Or does acetaminophen actually cause autism?
No, I simply asked to have my prescription filled this morning and ready for pick up prior to them closing for lunch.
I called yesterday and spoke with someone who told me to call first thing in the morning to get my prescription refilled prior to lunch.
The reason (which I explained)that I wanted it filled prior to lunch was because that way I could pick it up on my way home from Southwest Cancer care having just got done with my infusions.
So, at 7:30 this morning I called and left a message asking for that to be done. At 11 I called to make sure it was ready for me to pick up and she went ballistic.
Yelling over top of me, not listening to anything I was saying not in the least bit professional let alone civil. (Call was actually on speaker so a whole room of people got to hear her and were just as mortified as I was about the whole deal).
So, if you have chronic severe health conditions and are receiving treatments and then put on a controlled substance and you want a pharmacy that will add to your mental stress and anxiety- fry’s is perfect.
If you want a pharmacy that will treat you like a human and be civil - look elsewhere.
I would like to believe she was just having a bad day, and chalk it up to everyone has a bad day.
But the words of hate and venom rolled off her tongue so quickly and so easily that I know for a fact, I’m not the only one she’s ever done that too.
So my suggestion would be if you’ve experienced that please, report it.
People who are taking medication for a medically, diagnosed situation should not be treated less than human by someone who doesn’t even hold a medical degree. Let alone for simply asking for a refill before lunch.
I will end this review on a positive note. I went in to pick up my medication this afternoon, and stopped and asked the Store Director Richard to accompany me to the pharmacy because I had an anxiety attack just thinking about going in there and having to be face-to-face with this woman. I’m not a very quiet person and I’m trying to be a peacemaker. So I wanted upper management there in case she decided she was gonna pull another stunt like she did on the phone. Luckily, that did not happen, but I totally believe it was because Richard was there. He was professional, courteous, and understanding and I appreciate that. I will continue to shop at Fry’s grocery store, but will never again in my life. Have a prescription at Fry’s pharmacy nor recommend that pharmacy to anyone I come in contact with

Usually friendly and very fast. Best pharmacy in Sierra Vista....there are a few really mean, just awful people...but only a few....and I feel bad for them because it's a high stress, fast paced, job. And they seem to absolutely hate their life. Apart from that. A wonderful place to go. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work guys 🤘

This is the worst pharmacy when it comes to actually having my script ready when THEY say it will be ready. First time I called before I went to pick it up, was told it was ready. Got there, it was not and I was told to wait 30 min. Second time I phoned it in, waited a full 24 hours after store stated pick up time, not ready, asked to wait 30 min. Will find a different pharmacy
