I have been so frustrated with the service at other pharmacies on the Mountain. Here they have always been very polite and helpful.

I had a very frustrating experience with Safeway Pharmacy.
Summit Hospital sent my prescription for pain medication on March 18. I went in on March 19 around 7 PM and was told it wasn’t ready. I came back again on March 20, and this time I was told there was no record of my prescription at all.
I drove from Concho to Show Low twice just to try to pick this up, and still left with nothing. Because of this, I’ve been dealing with significant pain for two days without any medication.
This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves pain management after a hospital visit. There seems to be a serious lack of communication and organization between the pharmacy and the hospital.
I hope this gets addressed so no one else has to go through the same situation.

Helped me after I gave wrong delivery address: They resent the returned package after I called them to give the new address. This is most helpful because the medication is important to me. Thank you!

I do not like to leave such a negative review for a pharmacy that is obviously way understaffed , fail to answer phone calls over several hours over the course of a day and the inability to take phone calls off of their voicemail once a physician has called in the prescription. This department needs to reevaluate their services ...take these terrible reviews seriously and work on how they schedule their employees over an 8 hour shift.....management needs to step up and take charge. However..I must add that the staff is kind and will tell you that management is well aware of the above issues but fail to incorporate changes...well goodbye Safeway...hello CVS......

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
