I had my wisdom teeth extraction done here a couple of months back and I would recommend this office to anyone. All of the staff are professional, kind, and most importantly they know what they are doing. The team continued to check in on me following the procedure and made sure my recovery process was smooth. I even ran into a problem with my insurance billing things incorrectly and Manny at the office worked to ensure it was resolved. Overall is was a better experience than I could have asked for!

- RARick AceMay 31, 20191.0I respect he is a DDS and has good reviews but he must not have been having a good day when my family member was seen by him. Dr. Loud was not very compassionate and was actually cold and indifferent. His body language and expressions when explaining the procedure he was doing to do was well below professional. Perhaps he treats patients differently, depending what office he working out of. I was not impressed with his service and he really did not stand out from the rest in good light. Again, maybe he was having a bad day? I would not recommend him to anyone of my family, friends or anyone else for that matter. He should work on his delivery. Maybe he is a great oral surgeon, but maybe he is not. He certainly did not act like he truly wished to bring relief to my family member, who had been suffering from a severe dental ache. Dr. Loud, please remember that your profession is not only about making money, but it is mainly to help PEOPLE in distress. I wish you well and really hope your people skills improve. Empathize with people and be a little more humane.
