  Amazing stuff, doctor Serafini has been amazing to work through my neck and back pain. I went there that I couldn’t move and within 2 visit I was 100% better. Great great place

  I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office when I tried to schedule an appointment with The Scottsdale Chiropractor this past week. On Tuesday afternoon I called to book an appointment and specifically asked about insurance. The person I spoke with (Abbi) assured me that as soon as I completed the paperwork she would verify my coverage and send everything over. I finished the entire paperwork packet in under 10 minutes that same day. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield. Wednesday passed with no word. On Thursday I received a text telling me to “complete my paperwork” — even though I had already done it on Tuesday. I immediately called back and was told they still hadn’t checked my insurance but would do so first thing Friday morning. They promised to text me right away if it wasn’t accepted. I showed up Friday morning at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment. At 9:35 — after I had already been sitting there for 20 minutes — Abbi casually informed me that my insurance is not accepted, they would not be billing it at all, and I would have to pay the full cash price on the spot. The level of disorganization is mind-blowing. They had 2 full days to verify a simple insurance question, gave me conflicting information at every step, wasted my time, and told me it wasn’t covered when I was there. I had already arrived for the appointment. It felt completely unprofessional and borderline deceptive. I truly assume they’ve done this to other patients. If you have insurance and value basic competence and honesty, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or money.

  Romina and Dr. Moslow were great! Healed me back to normal after the worst back pain of my life over the summer. Would recommend.

  Dr. Serafini, Moslow and the rest of the staff have been so incredible! I’ve been in chronic pain since I was 16 years old, seen many doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors, and nobody was able to help me find any relief. After my first visit, I felt like Dr. Serafini really looked at everything as a whole, including things like scarring and fascia. So I invested in a treatment plan. I’m about halfway through the treatment plan and feel at least 75% better after nearly 10 years of pain. I haven’t had a bad flare up in weeks and am so grateful for the relief I’ve received. I highly recommend coming here if you truly want to to feel better from chronic pain.
