Normally I would find a manager but at this store it seems noone wants to actually help or do their jobs. I started out in online pick up where a rude employee (her tone and attitude) told me to go to floral where noone was available, I ask 2 employees to call for help and 1 tells me to wait in the customer service line. I will say one of the 3 employees did seem to care and he asked customer service to call for help by that point I was over being in the store for 15 min asking for assistance. The people in scottsdale definitely still think they are better than everyone especially the young adults working at grocery stores .
