  I experienced terrible service. Salesman was incredibly rude. Manager just sat there. Definitely will not be back.

  I do not understand two weeks ago I went into this store as I have many many times over the years. I did not wear a mask at this time. Nothing was said and I was fitted. Today I went back to pick them up. I walked into the store with three other people all face diapered up. I thought oh well guess they like them. Then the girl came out I to,d her why I was there. Almost panic stricken she ask me if I had a mask. I said no I do not. She promptly told me I needed one. I was confused as according to the CDC we don’t have to wear one any longer if you have been vaccinated or you just want to. I told her this. She replied with its private property we can make our own rules. Followed with I guess I can hand you the glasses. I said really I need them adjusted. Well you will have to wear a mask. I said I don’t have one. I was told they had one. So one has to wear another mask just to get a pair of glasses adjusted but not fitted. After she adjusted the glasses I was handed the glasses. No check to see if I could read or see. No bag no cleaning solution or cleaning cloth. All of this for a 1,000.00. Guess I will have to go back with another mask because I do not think I can see out of these. What a total bummer.

  This shop has a great selection of designer frames (Chanel, Tom Ford, etc) and excellent customer service. Ordering was easy and my glasses were ready to pick up in less than a week.

  I bought glasses and when I went back to tell them that the progressions we not aligned properly, they blamed me said I needed to raise my chin and maybe it was time for an exam with my eye doctor. I just left my eye doctor, not only are these cheaply made glasses over priced, but the progressions were way to low. Total rip off.
