  Dr. Nicolette Leone was so dedicated in helping me get my frozen shoulder moving again. I was ready to give up trying to get medical help after going to several other doctors that were no help at all! She is so knowledgeable and Up-To-Date in the new innovative ways to help patients. I loved how I was not just a number, I was a patient that she cared about and really got to know and understand. I now have 95% of the movement back in my shoulder. I am beyond happy to have my quality of life back! If you truly want a doctor that is beyond your expectations Dr. Leone is the one you want along with her priceless office staff! :)

  I can’t say enough amazing things about NXT Level Chiropractic. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The office manager, Savana, keeps everything running smoothly and always makes you feel welcome and valued. Selina at the front desk is warm, friendly, and efficient...she makes scheduling and check-ins effortless. Dr. Nikki Leone is truly exceptional. Her expertise, attention to detail, and the way she takes time to really listen set her apart. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their progress. Co-owner Molly brings such a positive and supportive presence to the practice... it’s clear the culture of care starts at the top. And Dr. Dana’s injections have been a game changer for me. Her skill and precision, along with her calming demeanor, make the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. The entire team works together seamlessly, and you can feel the compassion and expertise in every interaction. I’m beyond grateful for the care I’ve received here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable providers who truly put their patients first.

  Every time I’ve been to NXT Level Chiropractic I’ve left thinking, “what an excellent experience!” Dr. Leone and her entire staff truly care about helping people. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable and I can’t say enough good things about them all. I was recently rear ended in a car accident and they not only take insurance but they were invaluable in helping guide me through the process. They use top notch equipment and even offered me hot tea to help me relax. This is the type of place I’d happily drive out of my way to receive my care!

  NXT Level Chiropractic is undeniably the best there is. I came in with a back injury and the care I received completely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Leone is exceptional! Her and her team are thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel supported and cared for from the moment you walk in until your injury is completely resolved. Can’t recommend them enough!
