Yoga Studio
Join us for the best of hot and heated yoga. We offer ESenEM Hot 60 (a set sequence class,) ESenEM Movement (a flow-based class that is different each time,) and ESenEM Carve (yoga with weights.) We also have ESenEM 101 on Saturdays for those beginning their yoga journey. Each month we also offer a variety of workshops and specialty classes - check with the website (esenem.rocks) or give us a call at 480-646-8488.
Our studios are built with the most advanced non-toxic materials and we offer full shower service.
