  I'm a bit at a loss for words to say how pleased I was with my experience at The Good Feet Store. From the first phone call to my in-person visit, I was met with kindness and professionalism rarely seen. I'd like to especially give a shout-out to Holly (at the Scottsdale store), who blew my mind with how well she does what she does. First of all, she is a great listener with genuine interest in learning what my particular foot situation (which is a lot of pain by the way) is. Never did I feel she didn't want to hear my sad situation! She then took impressions of my foot and measured my feet with greater care than I have ever experienced, anywhere! Once determining my foot, and perhaps more importantly my arch shape, she presented the Good Feet system of Graduated Arch Supports (my name, not theirs), explaining how the system will help rebuild and strengthen my arches to alleviate the Plantar Fasciitis pain that has been dogging me for years. Needless to say, I jumped at the chance to end my pain. She patiently let me try the supports and actually leave the store to go for a five minute walk -- in each of four different supports! We're talking about her taking lots and lots of time with me, and always with patience and enthusiasm. I am writing this at three weeks in with my Good Feet system. I'm not gonna lie, it's a slow process. My pain level has definitely gone down (hooray) but I still have a way to go. I believe healing doesn't take a linear path, it goes more in waves. It feels better one day, then inexplicably can feel less good the next. But it is without a doubt progressing and feeling better and better. If you are considering The Good Feet Store, I believe you won't be disappointed. Be forewarned, the system is not cheap(!) but that said, it is a good value. It's hard to put a price on good healthy feet!
