She demonstrated the work outs, helped me with my form and motivated the entire class. Loved her energy! Because of her, I’ll definitely come back and I’ll make sure it’s her class I go to! I was sore today :) so it’s definitely effective! The boutique in front is super cute too! There were women of all ages and fitness backgrounds. It’s clean, organized, Gianna greeted us right away and was so supportive and kind! Love it!
