- MGMarie GladueJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely do not use this location if you are a Senior who has had any sort of eye surgery. I went in for a routine eye exam to check my prescription. My annual eye exams are covered under my plan and I should have paid nothing out of pocket. I declined additional screens (as they like to upsell) since I had been so closely monitored by the doctors with my eye surgeries. The doctor did not perform any additional procedures or screens. They instead charged me for an office visit because I had eye surgeries in the past. No extra work on their behalf; just because I had eye surgery in the past. I used a different chain doctor a year ago (VisionWorks) and was not charged for a medical visit when I went to have the same thing done. Other than that, I found the doctor very pleasant; just she didn't do anything different than the VisionWorks doctor. They would rather lose a customer for $35 then do the right thing. You will see this issue noted in other reviews.
