  I experienced terrible service. Salesman was incredibly rude. Manager just sat there. Definitely will not be back.

  I needed a new frame and the staff was extremely helpful. I explained what I was looking for in a new frame and they gave me several examples to try. With their help I soon found the frames that I liked I bought my previous eye wear at the Optical Shop Of Aspen in the Biltmore shopping mall 5 years ago. I like the new location and the selection. The Optical Shop of Aspen is the only place I will buy frames - now and in the future.

  I bought glasses and when I went back to tell them that the progressions we not aligned properly, they blamed me said I needed to raise my chin and maybe it was time for an exam with my eye doctor. I just left my eye doctor, not only are these cheaply made glasses over priced, but the progressions were way to low. Total rip off.

  The people here offer super service! Our experience has been that they are happy to go above and beyond expectations to keep customers happy. It helps that they have a useful supply of spare parts and are more than willing to use these parts (free of charge) to keep our glasses in perfect condition. We highly recommend this shop for all glasses and sunglasses needs!
