Hannah was so sweet got me and my sister out before they closed. Continue to have conversation with us and made us feel welcomed. If you’re looking to find glasses at LensCrafters, I 100% recommend Hannah.

The staff at Lenscrafters was super helpful and friendly! They repaired my father’s frame on his glasses in only a few minutes and there was no charge for the repair. I would highly recommend this Lenscrafters in Scottsdale to anyone in need of eye glasses or eye glass repair. Can’t thank them enough for helping me and my dad!

Had a very good selection of frames. They are seamlessly partnered with the Optometrist. Brenda Avilez was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She helped us find the best option for each of us.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times after going online to order but today was the first time I’ve been given such rude attitudes by two different people in store when picking up my online order. One women completely ignored us first then after a few minutes just said “I’m busy helping others” (three workers and one other set of people in the whole store who were being helped by someone else) - umm okay, thanks for ignore me while standing in front of you. The guy who got my order just went “here” and immediately turned his back to us and started talking to the women who’d just ignored us for several minutes. No one asked if we need the glasses fitted or needed any other help and when he handled me the box we just stood there and he said nothing. I’ve never been so dismissed - rude and lack of customer service. I ended going to the Fashion Square location with my order where they were absolutely lovely and helpful. I’ll never go back to this location - rudeness is not quality of service trait, it’s trashy.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
