I needed help with my mother after a recent hospitalization and continued services since Home Instead was so helpful. The Care coordinator was professional on the phone and for the home visit. We discussed needs so we all knew what to expect. Our home care specialist, Evelyn, communicates well with my parents and me. She is respectful, kind and a wiz in the kitchen! I highly recommend this service if your parent is needing some extra care at home.

The three ladies caring for him were exceptional. They were CNAs; competent, professional and empathetic. They were able to gain his trust and he loved all of them.

All of our care professionals are required to go through the Home Instead training, regardless of their background or experience. We focus on safety, building relationships, Alzheimer's & Dementia, personal care and much more. We also have a local skills lab where care professionals can be trained on new techniques or brush up on existing skills with our team. Lastly, ongoing education is an important measure of quality. Our care professionals receive ongoing training through on-the-job training and classroom education related to specific diseases and topics impacting aging adults.

In the event that we are not meeting your need or your needs have changed, you are not obligated to continue services for any amount of time, nor do we bill you for services that we have not provided.
