Melissa has been a wonderful resource. She always responds quickly to our texts and accommodates our needs. If there are problems, she lets us know promptly and then efficiently addresses them. Ellie stops in frequently to offer support and responds to any care needs we might have. She has been particularly kind during a recent hospitalization. Bettina has been our constant care giver. She has been absolutely magnificent. She lights up the room with her smile and always makes us smile. She is kind, gentle and attentive to all of our needs. Each day she comes, she brings with her an energy and enthusiasm that make us happy.

I’ve been very happy with the service from Home Instead. All of the care pros care both for, and about my mom. Special thanks to Tea, Loretta, and Tari for the great work they do to make sure mom has everything she needs everyday. They’re understanding, respectful and helpful, and always willing to give a little extra to make sure she’s taken care of.

Excellent caregiver service! They are very responsive and always available, working hard to personalize the care we need, and flexible as our conditions and needs changed. Holly is a very engaging caregiver, so helpful and experienced, always offering to be involved, try new things, and great at coming up with activity suggestions. Uditi brings a sweet youthful energy and attitude into the household, with a very gentle and helpful demeanor that makes it so easy to spend time with her. They instill great confidence that we will be taken care of in a safe and trustworthy manner.

For the last year or so Diana has been our caregiver from Home Instead. She always anticipates my parents’ needs or makes a suggestions as if she can read their minds. I could say I don’t know how she does that, but I do. She pays attention and learns their habits and preferences so she can act immediately on their needs. Sometimes I’ll call or text her and suggest something they may need to do, or have, and she’ll often reply that she has already done that. When they were still in independent living Diana would make sure laundry was done, or the dishwasher was run or the grocery list was complete, without anyone asking. She just knew these things needed to be done and did them. My mother is in memory care now and one day I dropped by and my mother was playing bingo. Another of the residents was having trouble with her hair clip and Diana helped her with that and then helped her get caught up with the bingo game. My sisters and I know how valuable Diana is to my parents and my dad always said, “Diana will know what to do.”
