    I went to fry’s to pick up a prescription that they said was ready. , I was there sat at 9am . She proceeds to tell me you can’t fill it for 7 days with your insurance , nobody called to tell me and got a text it was ready . I said I will do good rx , I had the printed sheet out which said how much and Fry’s pharmacy, she proceeded to tell me we don’t take good rx any more , since when ? She said I would get you the best deal we use other company’s . I paid $8.00 more than good rx and this prescription was expensive. I call this bate and switch . I called good rx and fry’s pharmacy is still in there system that they take good rx ! This pharmacy needs to be looked into because they are ripping people off and not being up front .

    DO NOT use this pharmacy! Their "auto-refill" process is a joke, and calling in refills is also an awful experience. I've been out of blood pressure meds for 3 days. Online my refills still show as "in process" after 7 days and I can't get anyone on the phone despite waiting for 30 minutes. If I could give negative stars I would.

    This Fry's has everything you could want from a neighborhood grocery store as far as food. They have a sushi bar, deli and excellent wine selection. However it is worth noting that one of the most unsavory characters I have ever come across is employed here. Since moving to Grayhawk I have only met the nicest most considerate people until I met "Sam" tonight. This young woman thought it was appropriate to have me walk out into the parking lot in the pouring rain to fetch my ID out of the car because she could not sell me my tylenol cough and cold without it. Forget that I'm sick and it's raining, the store was closing in ten minutes do you really have to hassle the last customer of the night? And she was wearing this obnoxious santa hat and being very rude. If anyone see's a girl named Sam at Frys make sure to give her the finger for me(:
