  The pharmacy staff at the 90th St and Shea are wonderful; helpful, friendly and kind. There is one exception, I'm sure it's the same pharmacy technician that other reviews have mentioned. It's the lady with the short dark hair. If she is at the pharmacy when I go to pick up prescriptions, I skip it. I just spoke to her on the phone regarding an urgent prescription which isn't going to be ready until the next day. She is gruff and impatient, talks over me and demands that I repeat every word. It's very frustrating and makes a difficult situation worse. 5 stars, 1 exception.

  I was in there a few days ago to pick up a prescription, and I was "helped" by the rudest pharmacy tech I've ever encountered. I rarely meet someone as thoroughly bitter and disagreeable. It was like she was TRYING to be as disagreeable as possible, as if she was trying to win a prize at it or something. She clearly considered it a great inconvenience to have to enter my insurance information into their system, and it when it turned out my insurance would only cover a 30 day supply of my meds (rather than the 90 day supply I was picking up), she sneered at me and told me I shouldn't care because it wasn't very expensive anyway. Worst pharmacy tech EVER. Honestly, I believe she needs a therapist to deal with her deep, deep bitterness. First and last time I'll ever go to this pharmacy.

  Great pharmacy, excellent and knowledgeable pharmacists and one team member, a cashier, unfriendly bordering on rude! To bad!

  I have unfortunately had to frequent this pharmacy recently and can say that every time I come here and am helped by the short lady with short dark hair it is an awful experience. She has no customer service skills, and is extremely rude. She makes what should be the easiest, simplest interaction just frustrating and complicated. Today I had to walk away from her as I was so frustrated and annoyed with the way I was treated. She also provided me with incorrect information regarding my prescription, she told me it was special order only and that she would have to place an order... I mentioned I'll call another pharmacy and see if they have it in stock and transfer it over... she said that nobody stocks it and that wherever I go they will have to order. I called CVS anyway, and what do you know, it's in stock! Not sure how management can allow an employee like this to continue to hold a job here. Employees like this have such a negative impact on business... As convenient as this location is, I'll be transferring to a new, less convenient pharmacy.
