  I’ve been a member of CycleBar McCormick Ranch since 2020 but can no longer recommend it. Bike monitors are constantly broken or malfunctioning, yet the app does not disclose this when booking and the studio does not answer its phones to check in advance. Management and front-desk staff turn over frequently and are often rude. Most recently, I arrived to find my bike monitor broken. I was told to my face that I would not be charged if I canceled due to the equipment issue—yet I was charged anyway. I emailed the manager who gave me a lengthy explanation of why they can't answer their phones and how they value my feedback , etc. but never addressed the core issue. I was charged a fee when the front desk person said I would not be. This studio offers only cycling, yet the equipment required to participate is frequently unreliable. Between broken bikes, poor communication, and being charged after being told otherwise, I can not recommend this studio. You will be disappointed if you join.

  loved the classes & thought the instructors were nice but the front desk workers and management team are not empathetic and are unresponsive. the front desk worker pitched a package to me as “i’lm give you this deal to try out for four months to see if you like it”. i ended up moving out of the state so when i tried to cancel they repeatedly told me a manager would reach out, which they never did. after i reached out via email to cancel, they said i had to give 30 days notice and could not cancel in advance unless i had a doctors note, despite me not being in the state and physically unable to take the class AND despite the fact that i have been trying to cancel for a month with no one response. they stopped responding to my emails and charged me anyways. be careful when signing up for their unlimited rides!!

  Stopped in for a drop in while traveling for work. I’m a member at the one near my home. Megan and Maya were great and super welcoming ! Love that there’s a 6am class every morning

  First, I’d like to say the instructor was awesome. The class itself was fun, but I had a non functioning monitor and was not made aware of this before the class started, so I spent a good portion of the class frustrated trying to figure out why it kept pausing, and turning off. The rides aren’t the same without a working monitor where you can actually track your progress and see your stats afterwards and compete with other people. If I knew I wasn’t going to be able to do that, I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. I went up and let the front desk girl know so that they could get it fixed for the next person. She was not at all apologetic, just very complacent that that is just how it is at this location as if I should’ve known that, she said about 10 of the bikes are broken, which is 1/3 of them. She said the regulars know which ones work so they book all those as soon as the class is opened. So if you’re not a regular, you’re just kind of out of luck. It was very disappointing. I’ll be returning for the remaining rides that I have already purchased. But I wouldn’t buy more and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is not already a regular here. The regulars obviously go through and flood this feed with good reviews. I highly recommend going through and reading the bad ones. I wish I would’ve before buying a package.
