- GHGavin hungerfordNov 13, 20255.0I just started coming here but this has changed my life. I had/have a herniated disc, and no amount of PT, acupuncture, chiropractic, or home remedies worked. But I feel no pain doing Yoga and the workouts are HARD. Fun; engaging, and you can tell everyone loves being there. Anyway that’s my story and if you are wondering about trying it you should. They have a free community class every Sunday too.
