Every instructor is incredible but I have to give Grace in particular a shoutout. When I was coming back from an injury (not barre related!) she gave me modifications and encouraged me to help me get stronger. Everyone at the front desk is also so kind and welcoming! Everyone is so genuine - both members and staff - and I love that it's a place for every body to get stronger and feel their best. I never hear about "earning" food or working off calories. It's all about empowering, strength, and mindfulness.
