Whoever the new pharmacy tech is that is there in the mid-afternoon/early evening is really rude. She's an older black woman who can't seem to read things correctly on a computer screen (...like the dates of refills on the medications under my name and birthday that she has to access to see my account and currently filled prescriptions... perhaps?) Because of her, I had to physically go back to the pharmacy three times in one afternoon. She first only gave me one medication when I had 3 more that were supposed to be filled as well. When I called the pharmacy, she told me that I didn't have any more prescriptions up for refill until a week from now (I was going to be completely out of all of my medications in 2 days). But when I then called my doctor, the office told me that the pharmacy not only received my prescriptions successfully over 2 weeks ago, but the pharmacy confirmed receipt of those prescriptions back to my doctor's office! So when I go back to the pharmacy (because no one was answering the phone and the voicemail wasn't taking messages), she first tells me I'm wrong and I have no prescriptions ready for another week. I told her that I just got off the phone with my doctor and that they told me they got confirmation from this pharmacy that the prescriptions were received and would be filled. Then, like magic, the pharmacy tech told me that all my remaining prescriptions would be ready in 30 minutes. Also, I'm on a new medication and when the tech asked the name of ALL of the prescriptions that I was missing, I couldn't remember the exact pharmaceutical name that the new medication goes by. She proceeded to laugh at me and then turned and snickered to her coworker that I couldn't remember the name of my one NEW medication. A coworker who was visibly very uncomfortable with her making fun of a customer. The pharmacy tech was so unprofessional and totally off-putting. She made an already frustrating experience way worse, for no reason, when it really didn't have to be like that.

This pharmacy is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever been to, I don’t have one bad experience and then wrote a bad review, I have been here for almost over a year now and they have done nothing but be rude every single time I’ve came there, they don’t want to answer questions about the meds they sell, and they answer the phone and place you on hold without saying a word, and leave you on hold for a long time. I have complained over and over and over again to management about there service in the pharmacy. Something needs to change. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last pharmacy on earth.

Prescriptions are never ready on time! When Safeway was open, we would go there and there was never an issue. Once they closed Safeway, I think everyone transferred their prescriptions to Albertsons and they can't keep up. Will be going to Walgreens.

Absolutely horrible service! Prescriptions are never ready and good luck calling because they don't know how to delegate work flow in order to answer the phone. They blame the slow service on their need to give vaccines, which I could understand if they haven't always been this way. I will not use them again! Go to Ranch Pharmacy on Frank Lloyd Wright if you want good attentive service. Albertsons is simply ridiculous!
